Planning for Evaluation Question 4

For question four, I am going to do a slideshow presentation. This will include small amounts of information and then at the end I will have audio containing further, more detailed information. The question is: How did you use new media techniques in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?

A slideshow presentation would be best for this question because it will be straight forward for the audience to get all the information by simply reading small amounts then if they want to hear more they can listen to the audio. This will be good because it is optional for people to listen to which means that the information in the main presentation can be kept short and simple. I plan to use each of the subjects of the question as a separate slide as this is a simple but effective way to separate the slide show up. Therefore, I will have one slide on the construction and research stage, one on the planning stage and one on the evaluation stage.

This will therefore be a very successful way of answering the question because I can include small amounts of information but then expand in more detail through the use of audio.
