We plan to film not only our improvements to the scene we shot last week but also another scene. We want to film the scene where Annie begins her walk home and notices her stalker but brushes it off as paranoia. We want to film lots of different shots of her walking such as high and low angle shots, over the shoulder shots and a point of view shot in the eyes of the stalker. These shots will make it more interesting for the audience to watch because there will be lots going on rather than a simple shot of a woman walking which would become very boring quite quickly. Aslo, the point of view shot of the stalker seeing Annie will be interesting because it will show the audience she is being followed before that is known to the character. It will also give a creepy effect.
We will film on a small street on a housing estate so it seems like a normal place for Annie to be walking on her way home from work. There is also nothing odd about it so the audience and the character are lulled into a false sense of security. To further this, it will also not be dark, it will however, begin to get darker as her walk goes on making it more realistic as it is twilight but will also give a creepy effect because as her stalker nears it will get darker and therefore more scary.
Planning for filming like this is very beneficial because we know in advance exactly what we want to get done before we arrive at the location.
